Sorear's notes seem to suggest that it was originally intended that you could get a Ring of Ice from the Dwarven mystic. There is a problem with the check however, which apparently means that your PC must be lawful AND neutral to get the ring. Presumably this ought to be lawful OR neutral, or possibly just lawful since there are already two possible rewards for neutrals.
