Blessed potions of oil doesn't make stuff waterproof

Uncursed and cursed potions of oil coats items and makes them waterproof but blessed potions of oil only gives a message of coating them, but doesn't really make them waterproof.

Blessed oils of rust removal makes items waterproof but uncursed or cursed oils of rust removal doesn't. (this might be as it's supposed to be)

Cursed potions of oil are nearly guaranteed to rust/waterproof items. Blessed ones have something like a 1% chance. One would think it was the other way around.

You can also waterproof food by dipping it in the oil that poisons you if drunk, and then eat it with no ill effects, but that's another story :)
