Mist elven starting items

1) Mist elven assassins start with normal daggers.
2) Equipping holy symbol in tool slot for paladins and priests leads to damage. Intentional?
3) Starting rings for all classes (was reported previously).

4?) ME bards start with wand of light (usually iron). Equipping it deals damage, but you can zap it without consequences. Shouldn't it damage you?
5) Iron instruments deal damage in tool slot, but don't deal when 'U'sed from inventory. Also, unless The Dev Team Thinks of Everything, you can start with whistle and glockenspiel with a bard, which are both iron.

Mist elf elementalists are killed by their heir gift.

I have fixed #1, #2 and #5.

The observation regarding rings and the elementalist heirloom is not quite correct: Mist elves can wear _one_ ring of impure metal but not two. So you need to choose.

Regarding #4: The idea behind equipping is "prolonged contact". That's why just using it for a moment does not cause harm.

My observation was correct for the wilderness, which is how I tested. Wearing one iron ring still damages you there.
