Monk armor weight DV bonus
Monk DV bonus is not granted when wearing a 60s robe

With this fix, I was under the impression that a monk PC would recieve the class DV bonus as long as it was unencumbered and wearing armor weighing 60s or lighter. However, when my unencumbered monk (savefile attached) is wearing the 60s robe sitting in his inventory, the DV bonus is taken away. (The bonuses to unarmed combat still remain.)

The bug is still present in p11 (savefile also available in case it's needed). DV is not reduced if wearing ugly clothes (50s). I suspect the bug might be because instead of checking for weight equal to or less than 60s, it's checking for less than 60s.

I can't reproduce this in Prerelease 16/17.

I can verify that this bug is alive and well in Windows prerelease 16. If you level a monk up to 2 and then remove your starting armor (usually [+0,+1] robe) your DV increases by 1. A monk at level 1 will not notice any difference since they don't have a DV bonus at this point.

Sorry, I only tried a monk with level 1. With level 2 the bug appears.

Fixed. The calculation was only checking for a weight less than 60s.
