Expose all important NotEye commands through ADOM keybindings

NotEye should be dirigible through ADOM key bindings.

This involves several steps:
  1. Key bindings need to be defined (I'm planning 'Ctrl-n <something>').
  2. Key bindings need to be implemented, the internal idea here being that each key binding fires a game event to NotEye, sometimes with extra data.
  3. NotEye needs to handle the special game events.
  4. The standard NotEye menu probably should be disabled in order to not confuse people.

We have implemened a wonderfully generic solution that will allow us to expose more commands in the future. The most important ones now are there.
