The interesting thing is I never saw most of those Artifacts! Also, what does it mean when it says she saved herself? What I would like to do though is explore those places while still saving the world instead of after. But Maybe!
The artifacts you never found were probably in those greater vaults. Usually each one has a few artifacts. Saving yourself is how many times you 'S'ave the game and stop playing.

Here's a few places that you haven't visited yet:
There's a forest temple north of the CoC. It's full of dangerous bugs.
There's a maze near the High Kings cave. It's full of minotaurs. You can only enter between levels 22 and 30.
There's a very deep rift in the same area. If you have 100 climbing, you can enter (fall in). It leads to a library which has many, many spellbooks. If you're very quiet (stealthy), then you can also get some SoCRs).
There's an ancient stone circle also in this area. A chaotic character will be able to learn about it in Dwarftown.
There's the level below the teleport dungeon. It's the lair of the assassins.
There is an ancient karmic wyrm standing near a stairs on the way to the Mana Temple. He'll send you into the Blue Dragon Caves.
There is a secret area deep in the Infinite dungeon. There's a crazy dwarf there.
There's the water dragon cave somewhere in the lake.
If you 's'earch around in the forests, you can find a tree full of quicklings.
There's a secret cave that will only be made available when you do the special endings.
There are four more endings for you to attempt... There's a woman in the High Mountain village that will get you started on this path.
Plenty to keep you busy
[edit]I think you should give a paladin another shot. You've had some pretty good runs with them before. Drakeling paladin is a good choice.
