What Programming Language is ADOM written in?
Hey, I was just wondering what programming language ADOM is written in?
Because as a hobby I make computer games, and was wondering if the source code is ever released what
language I might need to know to help maintain, and update ADOM.

It's written in C.
That isn't the best choice for practically any sort of game. IIRC, the language was actually one of the reasons why TB wanted to start working on a new game (in a more suitable language) rather than keep working on ADOM.

In 1994 C was the main programming language.
What would this 'more suitable language' be?

I thought it was C++? you also gotta remember adom is from what...1993?? or 4??
To this day I have not once scummed in ADOM.
Probably why I dont have a win.
